At SHOP ATLUS, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Download and attach the prepaid shipping label to your package, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
